Spring Family Session | Central New York
Claire - “OWL?”
Me - “Yeaa!”
Claire - “xoxoxoxox”
I couldn’t wait to post this blog for obvious reasons, but I want to name a few.
being I haven’t had a family session in quite a while! I was anxious to get around some family love. It’s in one of my opinions, one of the most precious things to document (alsoooo…Brandon and I just hosted our first ‘'family holiday get together’ this past weekend and I’m feeling inspired.)
and WAY more importantly, this is what I live for. This family was amazing and this session was everythinggggg. Claire was the sweetest. She played the guitar, hugged me, wanted some selfies, ran and played, snuggled and explored! (alsoooooo, Fun spirits, boho theme, at their home, cute props (simple yet beautiful), their personalities were highlighted, easy going, calm but so excited!)
I always want to thank my families for having me take their picture + trusting me to work with them and their children in (what some would consider) a sometimes uncomfortable “I wanna do this but is it gonna suck” type of situation. )
Being in front of the camera for most people is not easy, but it’s something I think is REALLY important.
I just picture myself looking at my printed pictures when I’m older thinking, “wow.” I have looked at pictures now from a decade ago and thought and felt so many different emotions.
I know, for a fact, some pictures are the only memories I have of certain events and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. (alsooooooo, YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!!)
My job is pretty incredible and so is this lovely family.
